At Maara we specialise in technical recruitment within Cloud IT, Bio/Med tech and Green tech. We cover technical, operational and sales roles and work with companies within these sectors that we truly feel are doing something great, who believe in the value of their teams and are fantastic places to work. As headhunters we use our skills and expertise to go out and find the right people for your individual and unique roles. 

We started the agency as a direct result of frequent requests from consultancy clients to help with their recruitment challenges. Approaching these from a consultative angle we deliver recruitment as a service. High touch, detailed understanding, thorough candidate searches and a total managed process.

Each search is bespoke, led by our knowledge of you and your specific needs. We don’t send through on file CVs, instead we invest a huge amount of time finding each potential candidate specific to you and your role.

We spend time really understanding our candidates making sure they are right for you before we submit them. This cuts down the number of CVs you get sent and the time you need to spend vetting them.
